Shipping and Handling

ALL orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within 7 days. However we endeavor to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, although please remember we make each item to order and so in periods of intense demand 3 workings days may be impossible.

All purchases are dispatched by post or courier and will normally be delivered to you within 48 hours of dispatch. When your order is dispatched we will advise by email.

Delivery

We do not operate a minimum order policy, you order what you want - no more, no less with free delivery. As a security measure we reserve the right not to deliver goods to an address that is not the cardholder's address.

Returns Policy

Flippant Trading Ltd. comply with the distance selling regulations which protect the consumer when buying by mail order. We offer a returns policy which enables you to return items which do not fit, or which are damaged or faulty upon receipt, as long as they are returned in their original packaging.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We recommend using recorded delivery or registered post to protect against items being lost in the post.
Before returning any items to us, please email returns@flipp-ant.com stating the reason for return. We will then issue you a returns number and address. Please mark these clearly.

For faulty items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you.
Please remember:
1. Contact us by email to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
2. Obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to the address given in email correspondence clearly quoting the returns number.
